We are pleased to invite bids for the independent review of our area-wide emissions inventory and the methodology used to align local authority-specific data with the GHG Protocol for Cities (GPC).
The review should assess the robustness of data and decisions, identify any gaps or weaknesses, and provide constructive recommendations for improvement of the methodology based on potential datasets available. This commission focuses solely on the emissions methodology and does not cover the ClimateView software or the wider SCIS programme. A pragmatic, impartial approach is essential.
